abstract = {The article discusses the requirements for measurement systems in the automotive industry. Meeting these requirements is possible, among others, through the use of the PPAP procedure, which includes the analysis of measurement systems-the so-called MSA (8 points PPAP). The overriding goal of analyzing measurement systems is improvement. The measurement system fulfills an important function in the production process, because each decision of the operator (assessor) entails a specific benefit or loss for the organization. MSA for non-measurable features, described in this article based on the Kappa method, is used when the product is assessed and not measured (most often there are two categories in the assessment according to the adopted criteria: 0-non-conforming product, 1-compliant product).},

abstract = {The subject of the article is the influence of filament moisture on the quality of products manufactured using the additive method using the Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM) method. Three types of thermoplastic polymers were tested: ABS, PLA and PET-G. The polymers were stored in environments with different humidity. The moisture content of the filament was determined as the water content in the material expressed as a percentage by weight. To obtain the expected humidity of the samples, they were conditioned for 7 days in tightly closed containers with constant humidity of 40%, 60% and 80%. After the sample conditioning process was completed, they were removed from the container and subjected to further tests. The influence of filament humidity on selected properties of manufactured products is presented, such as: surface quality of the obtained samples, tensile strength and dimensional repeatability. To sum up, the method of storing the filament affects the moisture content of the filament. The humidity of the filament, in turn, affects the quality of products manufactured using the FDM method, including: on: mechanical properties, dimensional stability, surface appearance. Therefore, it is important in what conditions the filament is stored before the production process begins.},

abstract = {Finding a suitable method of 3D model creation for a specific task is becoming more important with the rapid spread of digitalization. This paper deals with the use of 3D scanning as a method of creating 3D models for immersive virtual reality applications. A methodology is presented that covers all the steps, from initial object selection to importing a scanned 3D model into a virtual reality environment. Various objects were selected and scanned to test this methodology and its utilization potential. Finally, the paper evaluates the potential utilization of this methodology for immersive virtual reality applications for education and various methods of industrial engineering.},

abstract = {The considerations conducted in this work are aimed at identifying the design environmental maturity of enterprises producing parts and components of technical means of agricultural transport. So far, both in Poland and abroad, no comprehensive research (based on a detailed analysis of the problem) has been undertaken on design maturity, defined through the prism of environmental dimensions, in relation to Polish producers of the agricultural machinery sector. In order to fill the existing gap in knowledge, a series of studies was undertaken to identify whether the surveyed enterprises are design-oriented, taking into account, in addition to traditional postulates (economics, society), also environmental postulates reflecting their eco-maturity. Given the empirical evidence confirming the existence of a strong relationship between a company's market success and sustainable management throughout the product life cycle, the following line of research aggregates them into desirable ones.},

abstract = {The article describes an example of using a database application to manage customer data in an organization producing products to individual customer orders. The research were carried out in the department of production engineering at the Poznań University of Technology, who conducts research regarding the creation of individual prostheses and ortheses for patients with limb disfunctions. The developed database application with its functionality is included in the area of crm it solutions. The application is an extension of the automedprint system, which is used for fast, automatic designing and manufacturing of prostheses and orthetizes by 3d printing. In automedprint, data concerning clients, products and production orders are saved in different folders, which makes the management of these data very hard. Reason for this, a solution which enables accelerating editing, searching, sorting of data, and therefore providing in a short time information on the status of implementation of individual orders, has been developed.},
